CouplesPlay How..?is firmly committed to providing a safe, secure and confidential experience while visiting our site. CouplesPlay How..? is an independent retailer not affiliated with any corporation or other business. We will never sell, rent or trade our customers information with anyone, period. We believe that selling customer information for any reason is not only greedy and inconsiderate of customers privacy, it's also just plain rude.

Orders are packed in plain boxes:
CouplesPlay How..? ensures discreet shipping by packaging all orders in plain boxes with no external markings that could lead to inadvertent disclosure of contents. The shipping label and billing reciept will read Flowers on it, and not CouplesPlay How..?. When you order from CouplesPlay How..?, you can be confident that your entire experience will be treated with privacy and respect.

                                     Exchanged items Due to Product Defect:

If any item malfunctions upon receipt due to defects in materials or workmanship we will exchange your product for an identical product.

Exchanged items due to Customer Dissatisfaction:

Due to Health and Safety issues. We are not allowed to accept any products back as returned. Unless, the item is defective. You have 10 days from delivery to make any claims. After the 10 day period, please use the warranty card that is included with most toys. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in sending the item to us, we will ship out a replacement item to you at our expense .Unless, the items is discontinued. In that case we will issue a credit to the credit card that was used. Please include a copy of your original invoice.
If you wish to return any unused product(s) to us. Be advised that we charge a 20% restock fee and we do not refund shipping. We also do not pay for you to return items to us. All returns must be made within 10 days of date received.

Undeliverable or unclaimed orders:

All orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges .
